Residantial reserve account is an account used to carry out deposits and withdrawals, that is non-cash payments, within the limits of available funds in the account and under the conditions specified by the signed contract.
Residential reserve account
An authorized representative of any residential building can come to the Bank and open a special residential reserve account by signing a Contract on Appropriated deposit with the Bank. Account owner, in this case, all co-owners of the building, by an authorized representative, may then authorize a manager or other person to manage the residential reserve funds in the account.

Credit beneficiaries with the status of the client (clients with a bank account through which they manage the funds) benefit from the right to a lower interest loan, lower olan processing fees and other favorable conditions.
