Documentation required for opening a multi-currency transaction account for minorities:

Law prescribed statutory documentation:
- the proof of legal subjectivity: resolution of the election of the national minorities representative issued by the Ministry of Justice, Governance and Local Government

Application form for opening a transaction account (one copy signed by the account owner)
Agreement on opening and management of the account as well as performing payment operations (two copies signed by the account owner)
Signature card of the persons authorised for the management of the funds available in the account and registration of the stamp that will be used to verify the payment orders issued on the payment forms (three copies signed by the account owner)
photocopy of the identification document of the persons authorised to represent the corporation and persons authorised to manage the funds in the account
Statements on personal data of the persons authorised to represent the corporation and the persons authorised to manage the funds in the account
Statement on related persons (signed by the account owner)
Statement on the change in the regular operations account status (signed by the account owner)
Questionnaire for clients - corporate clients (signed by the account owner)

!!! In addition to these documents, the Bank may, for its own purposes or in case of changes in the regulations, require the submission of other documents by the corporation !!!
